Our Focus
A drawing in a perfectly useful format when originally drawn may not be in the right format
when the time comes for it to be used. We focus on efficiently converting the information in the drawings to the format
appropriate for the new requirements.
Communication
Successful outsourcing requires clear communication. We work hard to make sure we clearly define scope of the job to meet your exact requirements. We respond promptly to questions. Our many years experience of cooperative teamwork is evident in how we coordinate work. New formats and processes can be intimidating so we take the time to help you get up to speed.
Quotes
We do not have a price list. We quote firm prices and delivery dates after reviewing your drawings and specifications. Use the red tab above to request a quote. For small 2D jobs we can usually provide your quote within an hour or two of receiving your request. For BIM quotes we typically require several days.
Samples & References
We are happy to provide samples of our work or references on request. To protect our customers' intellectual property we anonymize and crop samples we send out.
Location
We are in Lowell, Massachusetts, northwest of Boston, close to the New Hampshire border. Our workspace is located on the canal system fed by the Merrimack River.
Lowell's Industrial National Park celebrates Lowell's history as a birthplace of American industry.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards. For larger projects credit accounts may be opened on application.

Chris Sweetnam - Sales and Project Coordination
Chris has worked as a fitter, site engineer, production controller, general manager and data management consultant. He has degrees in engineering and business studies. He will answer your questions, define what services you need, coordinate your job, keep you informed and ensure you are satisfied with our work.
Farooq Quraishi - BIM/CAD
The team who do our great drafting and modeling are mostly based in India. They have been working in AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks since the early days of all three softwares and are very experienced in American building and engineering standards. Farooq Quraishi manages the team. He is a qualified electronics engineer and in his spare time teaches project management.
Searching on the internet can lead to unwanted results. If you have arrived on this page because you need someone to design your new house or translate your invention into a production prototype, we cannot help. Although we are engineers, we do not undertake any architectural, engineering or design work. Nor do we sell software or fix computers.
